JVS concierge provides a variety of concierge services, including but not limited to hotel booking, flight booking, restaurant booking, chauffeuring services, and event planning. Our services are provided on a best-efforts basis and are subject to availability.

• All bookings made through JVS concierge are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Payment for services must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
• We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

• Cancellations must be made within the specified time frame for each service to be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy of the specific service provider.
• We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if applicable.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when making bookings.
• Clients must ensure that all travel documents (e.g., passports, visas) are valid and up-to-date.
• Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during their use of our services.

• JVS concierge shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
• We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes made by third-party service providers.

You agree to indemnify and hold JVS concierge harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JVS concierge operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
